Our returns policy
We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your DashBoo purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ibupetfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products unless they are faulty. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us with details and we will investigate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
How to return
